Are you flying within Brazil? Good luck, man. I hear it could be a potential **** show.

That being said, what days are you in Rio? Buddy and I will be there for the Group stages (June 12-27).

There's about a 1 in 1000 chance I'll get to go to the Netherlands v Spain match. Our company gets tickets directly from the Dutch federation. If there's one unclaimed, it's mine. A lot of people higher up on the food chain have to pass first, though.

MEXICO has named its WORLD CUP Camp Roster:

I like it. A PURE MEXICAN team. No one from any other country. Do that. DO IT.

I believe Mexico will lose in the group stage and their manager will be tragically murdered on a gallop-by shooting.

Brazil, Germany, Argentina and Chile will make it to the top 4 (I'm from Chile, so hell yes there's homerism). I'm calling an Argentine victory, causing massive riots in Brazil.

Will Vidal be fit? That's a huge if!

I hope so. The most likely scenario is him playing, but like at 70 percent. Chilean team doctors mention how normally his recovery would be two, three months, but they're fast forwarding it to less than a month!

Worse riots would ensue if Uruguay beats Brazil in the final.

Don't know if this is possible... checking groups...

EDIT: It's possible, pepper boy, but only if all those four teams are in first place, and I doubt Chile finishes first in their group with Holland and Spain in their group... because then Chile would meet Brazil early.

Top teams imo: Brazil, Spain, France, ...

Brazil should be favourites, they've been killing Spain in the Confed Cup final and have formed a cohesive unit that has the right spirit.

Spain...could have some problems on defense and the Barca guys are not at their best game, so we'll see.

France has an excellent roster, their talent pool is insane right now.
Just look at their depth chart:

    GK: Lloris, Mandana, Ruffier
Defense: Debuchy, Digne, Evra, Koscielny, Mangala, Sagna, Sakho, Varane
Midfield: Cabaye, Grenier, Guilavogui, Matuidi, Pogba, Ribery, Sissoko, Valbuena
Strikers: Benzema, Giroud, Griezmann, Payet, Remy

They have a great coach in Deschamps and have been playing great recently, France has a bright future and are my dark horse for this WC.

Not sold on our German squad at all, we've been playing like **** for over a year now, terrible on defense. Add Bayern being in a slump, Khedira and Schweinsteiger (our 6s) not being healthy and it could get ugly. Also, Löw will stubbornly play Klose up front, a guy that has been injured for much of the year and is no good fit for our current squad.

That's what happens when you are a one trick pony...he should have never left MLS. His lack of technical ability ruins any chance of playing time in Europe.

If I have to guess at the 7 cuts...

Yedlin, Corona, Boyd, Bedoya, Green, Parkhurst, Brooks
