I don't think O'Brien had control of that #1 pick. I'm sure he didn't. McNair made that pick back in January.

There were reports out of the combine that he had a knee condition where he had no cartilage in one of his knees and that he was pretty much guaranteed to have problems staying healthy. It looks like that report was accurate

Yeah it was a surgically repaired meniscus tear. Can't come back 100% from that I don't think.

 

There are no rules. Just the ones you proclaim. And it's more than just those 2. But a team has to do what they think is best for them. Nix is falling because of his knee. He held his own against Alabama. Nix and Tuitt got T'eo paid. I read that teams may be worried about his social media life as well.

I was big on Nix before but that knee has scared me off. Wouldn't touch him until the 4th... If then.
