I'm still excited that we have the opportunity to pick Louis Nix. He'll fit great in Crennel's defense. Carr or Garoppolo will probably be there in the 3rd.

I think we can make the playoffs with a revamped front 7. Cushing coming back, the addition of Clowney, JJ Watt puts in another summer of hard work, Mercilus maturing and brook reed moving inside.

I think adding Stephon Tuitt is the right move he is almost 6'7 and i can see him becoming a Calais Campbell type of player.

The Texans are likely just working their board. OB stated that there were other great QBs outside of TB and Manziel. And so far the team has behaved that way.

They clearly did not think the guys were worth the trade up. Now I wonder if they go for a nose, since some high rated ones are available, or if they take a QB at 2.1 before a run occurs.

If they did covet Manziel or TB, then they just played themselves.

It's not even that, our future depends on Rick Smith. Epic fail of a GM.

It's not fun when your owner is loyal to a fault. Casserly stayed too long. Capers stayed too long. Kubiak stayed too long. Marciano stayed way too long. Smith is the last guy who has over stayed his welcome. We are a team of losers, and we as fans are scalded if we say anything against the Messiah who brought "football" back to Houston.

Exactly, reading the last 3-4 pages you would think the Chron headline tomorrow will be about a mass suicide by Texans fans mad they didn't draft a QB. If they felt Bridgewater was worth moving up for, they would have. You don't think Seattle just blindly took Minny's offer without checking with anyone else. The Texans could have trumped that offer if they wanted to. They need a QB that fits the BoB system. They need a guy with a little size, which is why they are looking at a guy like Mallett. Like I said earlier, I think they go somewhere else at 33. Maybe a guy like Amaro or Kouandiio.

Might as well wait for Savage at this point. Pick BPA until it's time for Savage.

I don't understand the love for Louis Nix honestly, his teammate Stephon Tuitt is a MUCH better prospect.

Carr presents elite arm talent and athletic ability.

He is going to sit for a year and learn. Texans should take Carr and a future RT.

Ra'shede Hageman is still there, and they have nobody to fill Antonio Smith's shoes.
