The same reason I called Case Keenum a crappy pro prospect.

Bridgewater would be amazing, too. He very well could be the best qb from this draft.

Imagine if we landed the best defensive player and the best quarterback.

I wouldn't be upset by it, I had a mid to late 1st round grade on Bridgewater so it would be solid.

I don't think anybody will draft him with their current picks, but somebody could always trade up, especially if it was Minnesota that scared the Browns into trading up to take Manziel.

Yeah! You figure one has to be better than the other at least.

I worry about them too, I just hope their other needs take precedence.

It's so perfect. Carr seems to have the best arm of all the QBs too. I just hope he'd want to play here because the last Carr was pretty much kicked out of town.

If not Bridgewater is fine, but I just am not feeling him.

Hope both are there for us when we pick next.

I think it's almost a given now that either Bridgewater or Carr is available at 2.1

Carr grew up around our organization. I'd imagine he wluldnt mind playing here. I would just hope the fans wouldn't boo him from the get go.

I'm fine with Carr or Bridgewater. I'd be ecstatic with either.

problem is the team that owns the pick plays the other teams against each other

I'm sure PHI tried to create a bidding war between CLE and HOU for that pick

I don't think Texans are taking either one of them.

There's a great article in this months ESPN the Magazine on David and Derek Carr. Sounds like he is really doing everything that David didn't when coming into the league and is learning to be a pro. I wouldn't be mad at all if we took him.

Bridgewater would be a waste of a second pick. Watch next year we will still be looking for a QB with a top 5 pick.
