Games are defined by matchups and the Rockets match up well with the Spurs. But dang, the Spurs are just playing in another gear right now. We would give the Spurs a tougher fight, but it'll be tough beating these guys in a 7 game series.

That regular season record doesn't mean much. The Heat sure didn't care about getting swept by the Nets. Teams like the Heat/Spurs just play at another level during the playoffs.

That Parker/Duncan fast break was freaking beautiful.

Only took Lillard 6 quarters to make a 3.

Playoffs are about adjustments and good strategy, more so than in the regular season. I'm truly starting to believe the Rox 4-0 record against the Spurs were fools gold and the Spurs would be picking the Rox sorry ass defense apart pretty much like they are picking the Blazers sorry ass defense apart. Unless you have a super-duper star like a Lebron or Durant, coaching is sooooo important especially in the playoffs.

Portland is getting smoked. Wow, they looked so good against the Rockets. Kind of scary. We have more to do than first thought.

This is going to be the most intriguing off-season in Rockets history. Morey is going to unload like crazy.

And there's even more to do to potentially beat either the Spurs, OKC, or LAC.

The difference between those three and the rest of the west is huge (at least for this year). And ALL of them elevate their game in the playoffs.

Its actually better that the Rockets lost on a buzzer beater in a series they should have won... could get them more focused than simply getting trounced by a much superior/harder-working/better-coached/better-executing/knows-how-to-win team like the Spurs.

Gotta say Spurs team ball looks so much fun than the Rox ISO's.

I would rather Rockets got past the Blazers and get swept by the Spurs. At least they would understand how a contender should look like.

Rox just awarded McFail for another season.

Obviously Les and Morey think McFail is good enough to coach the contender. LOL

Since the beginning of this season, I am the only one who consistently argues for a defensive SF to cover for Harden's weakness in defense.

I have been laughing about the suggestion to get Melo, what a joke!!!

Rox organization is just not that good, incompetent. Ever since the Dream era, Rox has laid eggs by eggs. Over that many year, Rox team has ONLY once passed the first round of the playoff. You might blame players during one playoff series. However, if this phenomenon has persisted over so many year, you have to point the finger to the organization.

Bad coaching. Mchale saying he does not know what to do with LMA. Putting Chandler who is slow on a quick Lillard with less than a second to go.. It will take a book to point out all his flaws.
