    There was "no proof" of Donald sterling being racist either. Most racists are closet racists anyway. Thankfully, we have thousands of your posts to go by. Those posts are considered strong circumstantial evidence.

    Yes, it's made up. PR departments typically work out what quotes they'll publish from their leaders. I was at a company once that was actually in a little spat with a partner because the partner's PR department kept changing the quote from our CEO in a joint press release. But, it's published by the official state paper controlled by Kim, so you'd have to assume a lot of weird stuff to rationalize denying it. The referenced article wasn't on the english version of the North Korean newspaper (but here's the Korean language article: http://kcna.co.jp/calendar/2014/05/05-02/2014-0502-020.html), but here's the earlier one that calls him a wicked black monkey: http://www.kcna.co.jp/item/2014/201405/news02/20140502-22ee.html
