oh ok. what about tickets to pool parties? are these sites legitimate? http://lasvegasclubtickets.wanticke...94914f42baf7&trackingCode=lasvegasclubtickets
I don't know. Can't you just buy them straight from the club website to be sure? Or are these cheaper?
Anybody been to a JBWKZ show in Vegas? How was it? <object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie" value="//www.youtube.com/v/tNdz5vzM9E4?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="//www.youtube.com/v/tNdz5vzM9E4?version=3&hl=en_US&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
How was Cosmo? We'll be staying there for 3 nights before we leave for 4 nights at the Amangiri in Utah. We also have Peter Island for a full week next month. LOVE vacation season.
I went to see the Jabbawockeez when they were in the Monte Carlo like 3 years ago. It's a solid show but I personally wasn't too huge of a fan (went mainly because my group wanted to go). Seems like it's evolved a little based on that video compared to when I went to see them (looks cooler). If you are a fan of them I would definitely recommend it.
If you are young person, it's probably the best/coolest place to stay. Probably less enjoyable if you are older
Just sharing something I stumbled across to get some comps. On FB, android, and iphones, there is an app called MyVegas. It is a free slots game. It is linked to MLife, which is the MGM, Bellagio, Aria, Monte Carlo, Excalibur, Circus Circus, New York chain. You only pay if you want to buy chips, but you get a bonus spin daily and hourly bonus chips. the more you play, the more LP's you get. LP's are the points you use to get your comps. It's well worth it to save some money and have some fun. I'm going to Vegas with my gf in june, and just on my own, I have managed to get a buy one get one free ticket to Zarkana, Two free entries into Minus 5 Ice bar, and a Two for one dinner buffet at Aria. There are many more rewards, including free nights at their hotels, but you can see all the rewards if you get the app. Hope this helps some of you.
I know I paid right at $40 for two ketel 1 and sodas with tip at the Cosmo pool bar recently. Good times After that the girl I was with went and bought a bottle of vodka : )
Yeah, I'm not older but not in my 20's. Don't care for the clubs or even gambling. We're just going with a large group for a friends birthday and this is the place that was chosen. The only things I care to do in Vegas is see the Mob museum, the gun range everyone speaks about and so see LOVE. Otherwise, not too excited. I've never been and have really never cared to go since I don't gamble. I see enough of Vegas on COPS.
This man knows what's up, I went a couple of months ago and was able to get 3 nights at the Aria, two tickets to Zumanity and two free buffets at the Aria. It takes time (took me/my lady like a year to build up all the points) but it's worth it for the savings.
It's pretty good, of the ones I've had it's probably the second best to the Wynn's buffet. Not a huuuge selection but the quality is there. Plus they have bottomless mimosas/bellinis/beer etc... for an extra 12 bucks so it's a good place to get a midday buzz haha. Lunch is 24 i think and dinner is 35. Definitely worth it, especially if you're able to get a 2 for 1 deal.
The rooms at Cosmo are pretty great. The marginal gain from Fountain View Terrace Suite to Fountain View Wraparound Terrace Suite is not worth the extra expense. But a Suite vs. a 1 bedroom is worth it, so get a suite and face the fountain. The Player's comps suck vs. MGM, Caesar's...a little worse than Venetian and Wynn too, but the rooms are my current favorite so I bite the bullet most of the time when I decide to stay in a hotel out there. What I like about the resort itself is that there are many chill areas. It was originally supposed to be a condo building before going bankrupt and taken over by the bank. So unlike many giant hotels where you have to keep moving or be spending money (or at the pool), there's just some chill corners and free activities areas: pool tables, outdoor ping pong tables and gaming stations. During the summer, they have outdoor free movie nights by the pool playing on the giant LCD display. It's currently my favorite property overall. They might not make any gambling money and might not turn a profit overall, so enjoy its current entertainment friendly state while it lasts before it gets bought by a larger casino company.
That actually sounds excellent for me and the wife since neither of us really care to gamble. Thanks for the info!
I just know some older people who complain about it being to crowded and rowdy with young "clobbers" If that doesn't bother you, I Reccomendation it for sure. It's beautiful, great rooms with amazing views too.
Just got back... by the end of the trip everything started getting comped which was awesome. edit: gambling on sports is the best form of gambling.
Kwame was here, partying with the 400K strong: I got lazy, didn't want to deal with the traffic, and did here instead. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/SmTWIggSu-g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Tonight, if any CFers are still around, we're probably popping bottles somewhere.
