CSN is going to dissolve 100% and the rights will then be sold back to Fox and things will be like before.

    or...

CSN will stay and will be available on all other carriers.

All I was told was by next season.

So for those that hate Comcast, do not renew a contract for the sake of watching the Rockets

Which option means we don't have to watch and listen to that atrocious commentary team of Worrell, Bull, Clyde and Wexler anymore.

I'm down with whatever way gets them off Rockets games.

I've been fortunate to have a cable provider who carries CSN, but this is great news for Rockets fans. It's insane to shut out half the city like that.

That means finding you a new team to watch because they're employed by the Rockets and not the network.

I love csn, even watched all the playoff games on there, if they move to fox hope they keep the same format. Calvin is very informative pregame, halftime and postgame.

If I can watch the Rockets next season (and not just the TNT, ABC, and ESPN broadcasts), then it's news.

'Cause I ain't gettin' Comcast. I couldn't anyway. I live in an AT&T U-Verse monopoly (although I've been happy enough with U-Verse, no complaints....EXCEPT no Rockets).

Despite what people think of Comcast, csn is a good channel.

    Try living in Beaumont.

You get nothing but Dallas and New Orleans coverage.

    Go Mavs/Pelicans! barf.

I kind of got used to not having anxiety 3-4 nights a week watching games and my wife loves it. If this is true, her and my dogs will be high tailing it into the bedroom starting in October. They do not enjoy the loud words, jumping, flailing of arms nor my dislike of a certain player whom I complain about non stop when he's on the court.

The company is in bankruptcy and bleeding cash. Closing up shop or getting full coverage are always what was going to happen.
