I like patsquatch. Im sure he'll be one of those great locker room guys in like 6 seasons. I just dont know if he'll ever elevate his game. Good bench big.

That is not accurate at all.

He has a nifty up and under move.

 

I still think morey made the right decision in trading him.

That said, 2Pat is the difference between us in the 2nd round and where the team is now (on summer vacation).

I would really like a pick up of Pat at about 3 million a season. Bring back Pat and Lowry while keeping our team in tact (sans a lin or so). I think that is closer to where we want to be. I think we would be a defensive 2/3 off the bench away from being a a real threat. Look at what an offseason of adding (Mo Williams, TRob, Sideshow Rob) did for the Blazers. It may be best to stick to more under the radar moves and solidify our 2 players. This will be the first offseason where we can build around a Harden/Howard combo. We never had a Miami Heat situation where guys were flocking here, I think this summer we will see more vets willing to take pay cuts to chase a ring here.

Patterson is not a starter in this league

 

That is NOT the type of player the Rockets need to go after. They need a veteran player with playoff experience, preferably Finals experience. I like Patterson but he just isn't who we need right now.

 

Dont need another undersized PF.
