After 5 years of being a IT Manager for the same company I am getting the itch to explore new opportunities.

Any one know of any good IT headhunters?

They last 5 years I have doing a little of everything but my strengths are Exchange , Xenserver and SAN management.

    Thanks in advance!

If you're on linkedin they should be contacting you non stop if you have updated your resume and info on there.

Thanks for the tip. I have not been in serious job search mode since 2007.

I am trying to do this on the down low, is linkedin going to draw unwanted attention from my currently employer?

No, everyone is on LinkedIn - just think of it as Facebook for professionals. It is much easier to keep a low key on LinkedIn than it is any other job site.

It shouldn't draw attention. Most of the interactions are done by private messages between you and the recruiter / company, etc. Once your stuff is updated, they'll start contacting you privately. They know discretion is really important in attracting people to move companies.
