You're making my case for me... But yea, the Texans should draft Clowney and then we will have a defense good enough to shut down Luck which is something Seattle and San Francisco couldn't do...

Because Luck is in our division and as of now the division belongs to him. They can still improve the defense though. Clowney and Mack are not the only defensive players in this draft.
