PG. We need a leader floor general to help coach this team since McHale will still be here.

    This. Of utmost importance.

The team needs a stabilizer at this position.

Think Eric Snow on the Iverson teams but with some offense.

Get rid of everyone except for Howard and Bev and Asik . Defensive wins championships.

Assuming we trade Asik, I'd like to see us pick up Emeka Okafor as a backup center.

Trevor Ariza, Shawn Marion, and Danny Granger all would be good options. We need a defensive minded wing. I'd LOVE to get Luol Deng but I feel like he'd be too expensive.

Lowry would be ideal to be our starter.

I would love bringing Ariza back, the guy is playing extremely well for the Wizards.

SBlake, Okafor, Brand, Marion.....Ariza is too streaky but/and will get a good deal out of his recent play.

I think Lowrey could cost too much since they may go after Melo. Also, they may go going after Rondo. I like the possibility of getting Granger as defensive minded SF that can provide scoring off and bench as well as providing rest for Chandler.

    - Fire McHale (X)
    - Shed salary, add a pick, if necessary
    - Sign Lowry
    - Acquire a proven defender or two on the wing
    - Flip a young guy (D-Mo?) for a proven veteran 4 who can defend (Nick Collison type)

    Well this plan is done.

Rondo is the best player to get since MCHALE is coming back. He can coach better than mchale I'm sure and at least he will get harden & Howard in their spots to score. He will know when to speed thing up or slow it down, clock management, ball movement, re-post entry passes, alleys, etc

The thing I like about Rondo is that he would get into Harden's face every time Harden slacks off on D. And if Harden doesn't like it well tough luck!!

Try for Ray Allen as our 3&D reliable bench player.

I think we could offer him more money but not 100% sure.

Edit: Do not get fooled by Trevor Ariza. We already have his skillset in Parsons. Pay Parsons and tell him to focus on defense and 3 point shooting, His offensive ability has hit his ceiling.

I doubt he's going to want to leave a team that just won back to back to back titles. I want to give Daniels a chance anyway.
