McHale waiting until Game 3 to make adjustments killed this team from the get go. Losing those first two home games lead to a tough uphill battle.

No excuse for Lillard to be that open. No excuse for Harden to be guarding Lopez. No excuse for Asik to make such a dumb foul, esp when he's playing with 5.

Lack of poise, dumb mistakes and poor coaching decisions plague this team and in the end it did them in.

I hope Dwight doesn't get mad at the team but I do hope he agrees to get McHale fired

This team had enough talent. Just too bad the idiot coach had no idea how best to utilize that talent.

Howard pretty hesitant about referring to Parsons comments of the team staying together for years to come.

From this video clip, we can see the stupidity of McHale. He pulled the much quicker Lin (who has been blanking out Lillard in the 4th qtr) to assign the much slower Parsons (who had played endless minutes) to guard the speedy Lillard. Why Why Why??? Fire McHale to give Houston a fighting chance next year.

    Wow. Just... Wow.

That end game line up may be the WORST that I've ever seen.

    1. Why was Harden even ON THE FLOOR with 0.9s left? He is NOT a strong defender.
    2. Why was TJones guarding the inbounds pass? What exactly was McHale hoping? That Tjones would block the inbound pass? It should have been Parsons guarding the inbounder. Parsons is not only longer, but has a higher BBallIQ. You can trust him to make the correct decision in terms of what to do once the ball is inbounded.
    3. Lin should have been on the floor with PBev. They are easily our 2 fastest players. You had to know they were going to try a brush screen for Lillard or possibly Mo. With PBev/Lin you at least have a reasonable chance of contesting if there is a forced switch.

Parsons had NO chance of contesting Lillard. He is nowhere near fast enough. Parsons should NEVER be assigned to a quick guard. And Harden had NO business on the floor. His defensive ball awareness isn't even D-league level.

    Unreal... just absolutely unreal.

You just can't make this crap up. :(

Texans like the astros will continue to be trash. All Houston sports teams are full of shat. Good to great players with a piss poor coach or good to great coach with piss poor players.

I was watching the entire game on espn then for the last shot I switch to CSN. I feel like I jinxed us. :(

We always lose when I switch back and forth.

Why would they think the game is over?

Is it that hard to play .9 seconds of defense?
