Can we please keep this 8-man rotation?

    IMHO, All that needs upgrading is the "brain" of the unit — head coaching.

    Keep Harden for obvious reasons. Guy is still rising.

    Keep Howard for obvious reasons. Don't need to elaborate.

    Keep Daniels for incredible sniper potential/performance.

    Keep Beverley for defensive hounding.

    Keep Parsons for + plays.

    Keep Lin for the linsane-ish games. Let him go if he isn't improving, of course.

    Keep Asik for the screen quality and apparently drastically improving mobility and dexterity on steals and tips.

    Keep Jones/DMo for general PF-ing. Keep unless ceiling reached, as per usual.

    As much a love t-jones he's not big enough. Him getting killed on the defensive boards was a big part of what cost us the game

    Wholeheartedly agree. The roster built as is with some good coaching can compete with anyone. Lin and Asik are both starter (not to be confused with all-star) level players who currently come off the bench. But everyone from Howard, Harden on down could use a coach with more discipline that can help this young roster reach their potential - individually and as a unit. McHale is not that guy.

    Jones was absolute garbage when he was on the floor we were playing 4v5 on both sides of the ball.

    here is what I would do..Bev,Jones,Asik, chandler for Carmelo and Flat top.

    Lin+demo to L.A for Pau, he has another 2 good years and lin can get more than 10fgas a game. win win for all.
