    Hey Clutchfans Family,

    It's Corey.
I know normally when you see ballerboy001, it's usually a funny post or picture. Unfortunately, this is not the case today. I don't know that I've ever met any Clutchfans aside from the internet and honestly, I'm usually weary of these kinds of posts, because I know that not everyone on the internet is honest and straightforward.

With that said, it pains me to say that my mother passed away on April 19, 2014 at 8pm. She was 65 years old. Unfortunately, she did not have life insurance. Myself, my sister and my brothers are currently struggling to give her a decent farewell. That's all we are trying to do. I'm currently unemployed, and taking care of my disabled younger brother.

The funeral home is cutting us a break by giving us the casket for free and giving us what's called Death With Compassion. They are charging 3500(burial included) for what normally costs 5500+.

I am usually one that hardly ever asks for help, mainly due to foolish pride. With that said, I am reaching out to anyone that can find it in their heart to lend a hand. At this point, any amount helps, or any suggestion would help.

I've set up a GoFundMe page for anyone that wants to donate online.
    http://www.gofundme.com/HelpCoreySendMomHome

However, if you want to donate, but would be more comfortable sending it directly to the funeral home, their information is

My mother's name is: Veda Williams

    Baucom's Precious Memories
199 Jamestown Mall, Florissant, MO 63034
    314-477-8523

Again, any help is welcomed, whether it's monetary, condolences, or suggestions on how to better reach our goal.

Feel free to send a site pm or post here if you have any questions, suggestions or condolences.

    Thanks, God Bless you all.

There are cheaper options -- have you considered cremation and scattering the ashes?

Thoughts to you and your family -- 65 is too young -- my family is dealing with something similar right now.

You can honor her without a burial. That's a money making business where the profit is 1,000%+. Rent out an auditorium where close friends can meet, give their goodbyes and or speeches if necessary. Then cremate/incinerate the body as it will just decay.tjere is great honor in keeping her ashes in an urn or scattering them over her favorite spot

    Sorry for your loss. =(

Have you setup a paypal account?

If you can set one up and post your paypal email here, that would very helpful in terms of sending funds your way.

Thank you very much to everyone for the condolences and words of encouragement. Individual thank you notes have been sent out, but thanks again to all who've donated.

Thanks. We've considered cremation, but my sister and older brother just....don't agree with it.

I do wish you the strength to deal with what you're going though.

It is weird. When it comes to my body, i dont care if it gets cremated. When it comes to my parents/siblings, i want a place where i can visit their grave and reflect on life if i ever need to. I guess it doesnt matter what the person wants to happen to his body when he dies. But what those who loved him/her want.

    My condolences.
