Ok forget about the blazers' playoff defense and the refs not Giving Harden calls. Ever since the playoffs began, his body language and play have pulled a complete 180 from hid beastly self. I have a hard time attributing this to just defense and refs. If any of the reputable insiders on here can explain this I'm all ears. Seriously. Could something really "be going on" During the last week of the regular season leading up to the Playoffs? I'm just perplexed at his body language Since the start of the playoffs.
It's been noticeably worse in Games 4 and 5. Maybe he's tired of the abuse he's taking in the media? Codman says he has inside info. Please share!
Even his last block which looked great was kind of saddening with the blow by and giving up prior to the block... What the hell is up?
Something like this wouldn't surprise me Remember how Kobe played in that game 7 where he refused to shoot?
I'm not going to pretend that nothing is happening, but yeah, Harden looks different. I, personally, think he should focus on defense and realize that offense will come in the flow. This was certainly one of his better nights defensively, but now he seems to care less on offense. Maybe that was laying low so he would be more open, but it hurts my inner Rocket-fandum to see that.
Think about who the best shooting guards in the league were Not try to remember if those shooting guards have ever had their city ask the questions your asking now being the best means no excuses, PERIOD. PERIOD
Buy how does a star coming off the season he just Had just shut it down literally on a dime the moment the playoffs Start? I doubt he is scared of the big stage. Last year he wasn't like This. It appears that he's taken himself out of the playoffs before it even began.
I think he doesn't want the ball going to Dwight in the post all the time. Dwight was vocal about getting the ball more after game 1
