But to mchale Bev scoring 11/1 ast Vs Lillard scoring 25/8 is equal to bevs, right mchale That 40 min. Per game bev hustle is winning games for us, right guys
Yup leave him on the bench, let bev play 8 more min. Where he'll avg a whopping 12 points in 48 min. That will win us the series, right guys
This ^^^^^ Jeremy should be picking splinters out of his a$$ until the playoffs are over (this should have happened long ago), then....sometime in the offseason, called into Daryl's office where Les is standing there with the Wizard.....and Mr. Lin is told to pack up, buy plenty of warm clothes, and GTFO because he's been dealt in a blockbuster 4 team deal w/him heading to Milwaukee or someplace of that ilk.
He won't be able to redeem himself in the locker room. The dude is most likely shut out from the rest of the team at this point.
JLin has the look of a player that has so many people in his head telling him what to do , what not to do... and he's trying to please all of them... Proper coaching in the proper environment might help in this area... You could say the same for Harden, and Parsons who's disappeared this series... All young guys that clearly have the talent, but lack proper focus...
This isn't a Donald Sterling situation. These players all play for a unified team, and will back each other until they are no longer on the same team.
I think Daniels will get more minutes than Lin in game 5, but he will be torched on the defend end. Lin may have a chance to redeem himself in game 6, if there is one. I don't see it. This Rockets team is too weak to go for 2-3. McHale installs no confidence or toughness to this team.
One of the unfortunate aspects of having made such a game impacting error is that it obscures the things Lin did well in the game (assists/rebounds/defense). In the first half he was +9 and had 3 assists. In his second stint, it looked like he was starting to get going offensively with 4 points in the early 4th qtr including a key basket to stop a Blazer run. The TO he made which led to a basket in the 4th quarter sent him to the bench and the second one cost them the game (despite having made a nice rebound in traffic). I don't think the Rockets can win this series without Lin playing well. The Blazer starters have been better than the Rockets' starters. It's the performance of the bench that Houston will need to get over the hump, which includes Lin. Lin has had a very good impact on the game during the first 3 games and had a good stint and a half in game 4. He just needs to get himself going offensively early in the game to get into rhythm and avoid risky situations late in games.
There won't be a game 6 and Lin is going to be the sane guy he's been all year. Wildly inconsistent and turnover prone.
Jacobi Jones and Brad Lidge had both choked and went to do well with other teams. Matt Schaub is now with the Raiders. I wish him well over there. Little hope of someone will redeem himself is always there. I truly believe the team will help him to achieve that. The team never gave up. They fought hard every game. The team is young and made mistakes that caused them these losses. Would it be nice to win game 5, and then the other 2 games.
