http://www.csnhouston.com/rockets/calvin-murphy-analyzes-rockets-game-4-loss He is blaming harden with out saying his name to much. You can hear the frustration in his voice as well. I wonder what changes he thinks they should make.
We wont even fire Clyde for Calvin, what makes anyone think we will hire him as a coach. I am hoping for a Van Gundy Tandem with Jeff on D and Stan on O.
Harden has to step it up, this rest on defense and only play offense does not work in the playoffs. DD
His love for the city and team cannot be equaled. He bleeds Rocket Red and Yellow. I wish the organization would hire him as a head coach or even as a shooting/assistant coach.
Has McHale told this to Harden is what I keep wondering. Mchale let it slide during the reg season so Harden ain't changing for this coach.
Blame Lin all you want but our best player is out of shape in the NBA playoffs, there's no disputing it.
I don't think McHale holds anyone accountable - just sort of sits there cringing. Pop would yank them out - tell them what they did wrong and put them back in, if they continued doing it wrong, they would be on the bench, period. DD
He says actually what I was saying and many could agree with: - Parsons did not get much involved on offense and that is on our guards and coach, it was indeed nothing their defense did. - Daniels in the 2nd half was in, but might as well have stayed out cause no plays were run for him, they didn't go inside out and no screens were set for him. Those minutes were wasted. - Harden has the loser mentality, (Yes, Calvin was talking about mainly Harden when he said 'mentality' of taking possessions off and take a breather) and got blown by time and time again and Howard bailed us out as a team.
Calvin: Harden, stop playing ISO ball, and play some defense!... Harden: Who do you work for? Weirdo!... ....... ....... .......
