    LOL yes. Cfans has been like this for a while now. there will be a new PG hate when Lin leaves and does well. or even if he doesn't do well but our new guard does horrible, they'll hate him too.

    The player option thing was just an excuse. Morey wasn't going to flat out say that Les forced him to sign Lin over Dragic. Oh well, hope Les learns his lesson.

    Poor form on this one, cyberx. I appreciate all the info you give, but this one is like a game of telephone. Completely out of context and while it may have been said, we have no idea what the tone and gist of it was.

    I still believe that the only reason we don't have Dragic is because of the 4th year option, and I think that was Morey's decision.

    The Rockets can pay Lin 15mill for the 3rd yr of his contract but couldn't pay Lowry or Dragic.

    Exactly. This story is getting perverted into something it's certainly not. He pursued Dragic BEFORE he pursued Lin, so of course he wanted Dragic first. People forget that we didn't have Harden at the time, so maintaining financial flexibility was the number one goal.

    Morey didn't want to give away his flexibility so he said no to Gogi's player option.

    I don't get that joke at all when Morey was the one who said no to Gogi.

    Not sure about it as we dont have a crystal ball. Mchale probably would hinder his progress n he may not be the dragic we know today.
