Yep. The Dwight out of bound call was even more blatant and no review?

Mo Williams was out of bounds. Still a horrible play by Lin to run towards the sideline, setting himself up for a possible turnover.

By that still/angle, looks like he may not have been out of bounds. From the TV vid, looks like it wasn't close. Guess it may have been an optical illusion.

I think anyone could have called TO (including Mchale), but I'm not sure. If so, I think anyone could have called timeout when Dwight was on the floor in overtime when Mathews took the ball from him (I def think he would've gotten a TO call). And anyone could have called timeout when Dwight got the rebound after LMA's two missed FTs (and he passed it to Parsons for some reason...maybe the coach did call TO but it was all just way too close for comfort, it's weird to have such indecision at those moments).

It's those mental mistakes that get to me. But at the end of the day, it's Lin of Mchale who should be screaming for a TO there.

Did nobody tell Lin to watch his back? Or is he deaf? How does he not stop his dribble or pass or move in another angle.

Never should have dribbled in the first place. Grab the rebound then call timeout. Lin is pretty dumb sometimes.

I don't know if they could review the play if they didn't call it out of bounds to begin with.

Could they have reviewed the out of bounds call on Dwight? The 2 minute rule is only for regulation, right? All of OT is reviewable I think. Shoulda begged for a review there if so.

But this shot looks like he was just carrying the ball. Is there a shot of his foot right after the ball left his hand?

It sickens me how kneejerkishly fast the ref made that call on Dwight. Gave up the possible tie, and resulted in a three the other way. **** the league.

Stop whining about this and the refs... the team has done nothing to deserve winning this series.

yea need it frame by frame since he cocked the ball back and then forward back into play. his momentum brought him out of bounds, and it looked like he still had contact with the ball while he took a step on out of bounds.

Maybe he could have done something but calling a timeout was not one of the things. It's just stupid to think going the way he was he could stop and pick up the ball and call a timeout. He would have traveled with the ball in his hands and to do anything but try to get the ball out of there would have been even more dangerous. What I see is a great and lucky play by Williams.

Maybe Lin could have one handed the ball to Parsons as he turned the corner but that would have been a great play. You could tell he knew someone was behind him the way he was trying to get out of there. If he had eyes in the back of his head he could have tried to move to block Williams but he guessed wrong and the ball was stolen.

I'm pissed at Lin because that play ripped victory out of our grasp. But not much he could have done and timeout wasn't one of them. If anything McHale should have screamed timeout as soon as we got possession. But McHale went into shock mode. We had the ball jump up and down and scream timeout.

I know everything happened so fast but McHale should have screamed timeout. If the refs didn't acknowledge him so be it. But he should have been doing his job. It's a hard loss to swallow and it's easy to blame it all on Lin because that one play destroyed it all but that was as intense a moment in the game as ever. The Blazers stepped up better Lin didn't.

One question Clutch, I didn't record the game so I can't see the replays, but did any of the coaches seem to overreact or protest the Mo Williams save? looking at that pic, the coaches were looking at Mo Williams so if it was indeed out of bounds, there would be at least a slight protest. It reminds me of that Kobe shot vs the Kings. Paul Westphal was right there looking at Kobe's feet, had it been out of bounds, he probably would have at least protested.

Why do therealist and sactown care? Arent they heat fans anyways. Do you guys ever talk about other teams you dont follow other than the rockets when you are bashing their players, fans, and kicking them while theyre down? You guys must have a lot of free time to watch all these nba games and be unbiased spectators.
