Just give up bro. No team has ever done it. Do you think we can win 5v8 three games in a row? Refs will end it next game, rockets will say **** it and get blown out once we go down double digits and they dont get any calls. We will come back next season out of shape and not caring about basketball because the championship trophy has lebrons already engraved in it.

Harden and howard in their first playoffs. That was game 5 though.

Heh, does this mean we should be thanking Lin?

Jeremy Lin cost the team the win. Flat out. By himself. Just stop, save yourself some time and anxiety. He should not have been in the game, so it's on McHale, as well.

You're blind buddy. You and the rest of the haters here want a scape goat so let's go with the guy who won't be here - then it won't be too painful to admit that we have a superstar who is beyond flawed and will never get a ring unless on a team with a better player than him. end of story.

He looked like he played in the game. He did make a good point on not converting 3 plays that look like it should've been easy fast break pts while the team had an 11 pt lead, which could have given the team a 17 pt lead.

so if it was lin's fault and we are going OT. should the rockets stop playing in OT and just blame lin on the last play? we lost both games at home and it wasn't lin's fault. Your HardenWay did not have his games. If we win both games at home, we will be still fine, right?

I'm 99% sure that Mo Williams was out of bounds, ala Finley, on that strip...but yeah, ultra Dumb & careless play by Lin.

Maybe we should thank Lin - he'll help McHale (and himself) be removed from this team faster. Ok bye.

Rockets have played terrible 2nd halves in this series, can't close out the win which falls on McHale.

So McHale was calling for a timeout but the refs didn't acknowledge it?

McHale said that if the Rockets got the rebound the plan was to take a timeout. Clearly Jeremy thought differently and started dribbling the ball like a maniac.

These stupid plays will cost us the series. Lin should not return as a Rocket for the next season. He had a moment in which everyone in NYC thought he was a great player, but the truth is he is not even a good player.

That's how I felt right before the blunder... I thought the Rockets looked great and ready to close it out.

If Lin was even 10% the player you LOFs make him out to be, the Rockets would be up 3-1 with everyone else playing at their current level. The fact that you think Lin is irrelevant to us winning or losing is why at $8mil/yr he's an overpaid scrub that will never find another decent contract after this one.

Jeremy Lin is a worthless bum but has to play because the Rockets paid him $8mil and can't spend money on other guys to improve their team. Screw him.
