McHale better be careful with Lin tonight. He looks crazy again blowing layups and turning the ball over. He can blow a lead with 3 stupid possessions. Asik is playing great.

 

I like your reverse jynx all day...either that or you really want the rockets to lose as every single one of your posts have indicated lol

 

When Daniels gets back in, we need to run some PnR with him and either Harden or Lin to get him some quick roll and pop 3 pointers, or an easy drive to the basket.

Someone please tell McHale that this isn't Rocket science. (pun intended)

I have never seen a NBA player play D like James Harden. Someone prove me wrong plz.

Wednesday. So McHale can feel free to play his starters heavy minutes if necessary.

 

Lol, except jordan initiated the contact and pushed off. Mathews initiated the contact and impeded hardens progress to the basket. That is an automatic foul if you are not in front of your man with your feet set.

Yeah. Lets see what they do in the second half. Right now all the money is shifting to houston.

 

Kevin freakin McHale! What other coach would have had the balls to put in a rookie who played 5 games all season? Mixing up your starting line up, why not!? McHale is the best, extend him now before he coaches these rockets up to the NBA finals and then a bidding war starts in the offseason!

 

Harden's D needs a ton of work, I agree. But how are so many of you not aware that in the 2nd quarter he was playing with 2 fouls. He was obviously more concerned with not fouling than playing aggressive defense. (I think that's a big part of his defensive issues to begin with--he's usually trying not to foul to the point that when a guy starts to get by him he just lets him go).

Now Asik is really buying in and him and Howard are getting used to being on the same floor together. This could be a real weapon the rest of the way. It doesn't hurt Asik finally got in shape either.

 

We better come out strong in the 3rd. Can't give away this lead

 

Wouldn't have it any other way.

If this team manages to hold on, I'd still have concerns with them heading into game 5 here (especially if they end up winning this game "comfortably").

They need to keep the focus... and realize they can now win this game on the defensive end.
