[NBA Gossip] Donald Sterling Hates the Blacks, Including Magic

Same here, but he is a huge clippers fan. I would finish watching the series if i found out and slowly detach myself from the team after. Knowing every time a go to a game, watch on TV, buy rockets gear (even if it is not from the TC, i am still advertising his logo), etc. this pig gets richer. I know racism is still alive. Just go to the d&d or play video games on line and you see it all the time. People love to be racist when they cant get dropped for it.

 

Too many "Stephens" on the Clippers. They knew who he was before signing their contracts. This incident pales in comparison to past ones.

 

No, paul wanted a coaching change and he listed nothing but black coaches. That is where sterling got mad and accused paul of being racist and only wanting a black coach. I think paul did it because he knew the man was racist and wanted him to hire a black coach. I think it is secretly part of the reason why he wanted out, knowing this pos was going to make so much off of him. When he fought paul on it paul threatened to join harden ahd howard in Houston and that is when they finally agreed to the trade with boston to get rivers. The clippers wanted their 2015 pick to be lottery protected, but the celtics wanted it to be unprotected. The clippers ended up caving because losing cp3 over literally nothing was just stupid.

Imagine if west played for the clippers. No wonder so many players quit on their team and "suck" once they get paid. Sterling deserves the whole i got my paycheck thats all your gettin from me. Who would want to play hard for this racist douche.

Good call, but the clippers were always second round exits at best this year so long as they didn't play houston in the second round.

 

Man doc is taking advantage of this and saying what he wants. Some of his comments are putting sterling under the bus and he knows he is safe. He cant get fired or he will sue. The situation gets 10x worse if they fire rivers too. He has a free pass to say how he feels.

 

He's going to have to sell or the team's value will plummet like an anchor. He's richer than God, though, so he might try to keep it just out of spite.

Here's one for you, what if every player declaring for the draft announced they would not sign with the Clippers if they selected them?

It sounds to me like she fought for something she believed in. One of her parents are black and she is mixed. Why would she want to be with a man who hates her for posting a pic with magic on her twitter?

That's not true at all. The Clippers are just as much a contender in the west as anyone this year, esp if dallas gets by the spurs. However, I don't know if this ridiculous incident will have bearing on it. I'd like to beleive the league itself will have no influence (eg doing some rigging to keep sterling's team out of contention), but I've long believed the nba is pretty sketchy so I can't say the won't be the case. The other possibility is that this has a disruptive effect on the chemistry or preparation.

On the flip side, if Sterling caves to the pressure and resigns soon, that will be a huge lift to the team. As a fan, I've long known he was a ****ty person and up until recenly an awful owner, but as long as he doesn't muck up the team I don't really care(I highly doubt he's the only scumbag owner). At this point though, this has become a big distraction.

What the gf did was really ****ty, regardless of whether Sterling is a racist or not. Trying to play this golddigger up to be some kind of champion for human rights is the most laughable spin I've ever seen. Why exactly was she with racist Sterling in the first place? Was it just love at first sight?

 

No wonder the Clippers have been so bad for so long... they hate black people!
