So he's saying that he might have said it, but just couldn't remember whether he did or not?

 

No. He meant the clips were cut and pasted to humiliate him like a leno skit. Rmbr, this audio was released by the woman after the sterling family filed a $2 million lawsuit against her for embezzlement. The tranny golddiggers shldnt be let off the hook.

The mass of Hollywood's white beloved actor/actresses use the drugs Jay-Z talks about in the songs that actually helped him get out of that lifestyle. And most of those people were fed with silver spoons to begin with.

Thanks to people with you and Donald Sterling's state of mind, its been very hard to get out of the hood without falling into the perils of "thug life".

Its already hard enough out there but for people like you to make it seem like its just so easy for the rest of us to earn our way in the world instead of being supportive and actually acting like you understand that their are more ways to become successful and a difference maker in the world. Thought of me being an elitist is hilarious. I did not go to college and have been in the agricultural business for 30 years... seen many success and failure of all races. I have made it due to hard work, diligence and an unwavering faith in the lord. No, I will not wallow in self pity for the obstacles I had to overcome. Sterling is racist, lonely and an idiot bit his viewpoints are that of any successful capitalist. I do not like the slavery thing being brought into this to rise up public sentiment like Obama did with if I had a son it would be trayvon. Look around and realize when ur being made into a puppet by the media and NBA players who milk you for $$$

 

Media and NBA players milk us for money? Or thr owners and partners. We all knew about Sterling's views on those of a minority this has just brought everything to the forefront and even worse for him during a critical portion of the season. People that paid attention all knew he was this way. And just like others have stated people have and will later on when this falls back into the shadows just go away.

But just as you described your unique way to success others take different roads and have been forced to think and use different methods for success as well. For you to criticize someone's method simply because you don't understand it is ignorant.

You don't know how people feel and what people go thru living in poverty, whether you went to college or not. Some people just don't know how hard it used to be and sometimes still is for people to just find their next meal. Even in the grand ole U.S. of A.

 

That woman was totally baiting him and kept pressing him about blacks and he fell for it. Donald Sterling got punk 'd big time.

This guy just wants him to sell the team so he can buy it on the cheap. Hopefully someone else will buy it and move it to Seattle :grin:

Agree completely. In fact, the Clipper statement said: "Mr. Sterling is emphatic that what is reflected on that recording is not consistent with, nor does it reflect his views, beliefs or feelings. It is the antithesis of who he is, what he believes and how he has lived his life."

The statement is conspicuous by what it didn't say - i.e., that Sterling DIDN'T make the statements on the tape. It just said that it's not a reflection of his views (the old I said it but didn't really mean it defense haha). If he didn't say those statements the very first response would have been "I didn't f++king say those statements." I'd be very surprised if its not him given his history.

Also, serves Paul and Rivers right. They joined the Clippers knowing, as most people did, that Sterling was a racist. That was pretty much documented. If they want the money and chance to win, that's up to them. But don't pretend that you haven't already made a deal with the devil.
