True, and if the media backlash causes Sterling to step down (as it did for Mozilla's Brandon Eich, as the other guy mentioned), that would be great.

In the 80s and 90s as well as today many people have it done for hygiene reasons. In grade school all my friends and me were foreskin less and we discussed it. I never knew it was associated with certain religions until much later in life. I don't know of any American grown dude my age that still has a foreskin.

Like I said before, the faster Sterling is out, the better for EVERYONE.
The best thing to do is NOT to downplay it, it is to be loud and vocal and force Silver to act.

What an odd direction this thread has turned. Can you talk about dicks somewhere else?

Religion is a choice, race is not.

This guy is a dirt bag and I highly doubt he practices Judaism other than being born into it and probably mocks it accordingly. So him picking out the "Clippers" might not be a mistake. He just thought it was a good business venture with a cute name.

    I don't know, I think you're reaching quite a bit.

If I were a Clippers player, I'd show up to the game and play without a Jersey on. Take a technical or get disqualified and lose the game, I wouldn't play in the Clippers jersey again. Play the game to fulfill legal contract obligations, but don't represent the organization.

Or maybe with the jerseys worn inside out.

If all attendees to the next Clippers home game would get up from their seats and head to the concourse right before the opening tip...and stay there for like 5 minutes...maybe chanting something like "Sterling must go"...that would make a statement the NBA could not ignore.

I'm rooting for the Warriors, but I think it would be pretty awesome if the Clips won game 4 in Oakland, forfeited game 5 in LA by not showing up, and then won the series in game 6. That would be the ultimate F-you.

I feel bad and embarrassed for the Clippers fans, players and anyone associated with this sc**bag of an owner.

Hopefully he can be removed as the owner and just live the rest of his life in shame.

Problem is the lower bowl is full of rich white guys and they probably agree with Sterling.

I wonder how Chris Paul, Deandre Jordan and uh....all the blacks on the team feel?

roy said it online. this one was a private conversation that was taped by his gf for the purpose of embarrassing him and destroying the organization.

if you listen to the audio, the b**** was provoking him. everybody knows that sterling is an ahole racist.

That would be pretty awesome if all the Clippers refused to play. I highly doubt it. I'll just continue hating that team.

NBA would not allow that. what people can do is boycott the games.
