I'm sorry for Parsons, but if we don't win this half then the season is done. He doesn't deserve to be on the court.

 

Put Powell out there and put a HARD foul on LMA...I mean HARD like earlier in the year. Tell him you'll pay his fine. If the refs are going to call the ridiculous touch fouls ...make 'em count. In the immortal words of Charles Barkley " Now that's a ****ing foul." (to ref the next time down the court after being called for a touch foul )

 

He played absolutely NO DEFENSE. So frustrating!

This...the Rockets will connect if the still keep attacking the rim...they are getting a ton of shots at the rim

Blazers seem to have no problems making comebacks while once we're down, it's a wrap. They're the better team

im watching this game, we're leading, playing good basketball, and jones tries to take 3 guys in the post, and parsons tries to take it coast to coast like lebron and im wondering how 2 players can be this selfish

 

And the you wake up and we are down 3-0

 

I was thinking all along that T-Jones would be the guy I'd prefer to see dealt if the team makes a run at Melo, but now I'm actually ok with Parsons being the one included in that deal. Then the Rockets can avoid giving Parsons 8 figures which is what he'll be demanding(or letting him walk for nothing), and Melo can start at the 3 instead of the 4.

Seriously, Parsons is playing himself out of millions right now. No way in hell is he gonna be allowed by the Rockets to become a restricted free agent this summer after this performance.

I want to see more Daniels out there. But don't the guys know what the game plan is for certain stretches?

This is where team discipline comes in, and sadly we didn't install any throughout the season. Players won't expect any right now.

Role players picking it up for the Blazers tonight....where are you Lin, Parsons? Since the first half of game 1, they have been M.I.A.

 

Why not put in Omri Casspi ? He can't do any worse than Parsons.

 

dang. Batum is a good defender, but is elite against Harden and Parson.

 

yes, it's like people forgetting its a team sport, a game of adjustments and players games get off and shots get missed. they made the adjustment finally on aldridge, if they can get the other holes plugged and we get to the 4th ahead or down by about 4 we can win this.
