There looks to be 10 or so highly rated French restaurants in Vegas and I was hoping someone on here could make a recommendation. Money is not an issue, but they need to have vegetarian options.

it will set you back $1,000 for two (more, depending on wine)

but amazing food. I recommend it.

I ate that those restaurants in Paris. Mon Ami Gabi isn't bad for lunch and it's nice to sit outside there. The last time I had dinner there I wasn't impressed. It's like it had gone downhill. That Eiffel Tower restaurant is good, but it wasn't jaw dropping for me.

This is what I initially wanted, but they don't have any standout vegetarian dishes. I think my wife wants Picasso's because they have a special vegetarian menu.

My advice would be go with what your wife wants if you're not dead set on a place. That typically leads to a very nice dessert. :)

I went to Le Cirque and it was awesome.

I got the Degustation Menu. And the specialty wine pairing is better.

They have a vegetarian four course meal with dessert.

Vegetarians and French food don't typically mix.

Eating Vegetarian is a waste of a good restaurant. Hell, most famous French salads aren't even vegetarian

Quiznos or black eyed peas, those the only ones that come to mind

Not at all true. It's all a matter of how creative the chef is.

If you disallow a creative chef from using animal-based stocks and sauces, you are tying one hand behind his back. If I want a high quality Vegan meal, I'll go to a Vegan restaurant. There are good ones. But you very much limit your creativity by limiting yourself to vegetarian stocks and sauces.

    but that's just me

Picasso's is very good, underrated, and affordable fine dining.
