The key to the series will be 3 guys: Harden, Lin and DMo. The x-factor will be McHale on whether he see this or not. DHo's defense can be covered by Asik. TJ can't stop LMA. It's time to give DMo a chance. McHale needs to run more plays for the guards and mix it up with DHo's interior attack.

Bev is not stopping Lillard, might as well have Lin play more minutes for offense and try to out score Portland and run more fast breaks.

This is exactly what I am talking about.

His BB IQ is literally BBQ.

He's already did 6-7 of these low IQ plays (these 2 playoff games) and again we lose both games by one possession.

If he's off the floor he won't commit these mistakes.

Why do we have 3 guards and in the 4th quarter crunch time? It just doesn't make sense. Get rid of Lin and put in Jones so he can at least get the rebounds.

The problem is beyond not scoring. It is not defending, TOs and wasting too many shots. If he sat, I am sure other players would have step up.

Yes he will. And he deserves it. There's a lot of blame to go around, but he's been awful in both games and even worse, he looked disinterested out there. A bad shooting night is forgivable. 2 bad shooting nights will get you some heat. But lousy shooting coupled with no effort whatsoever on defense and looking like you don't even wanna be out there? You will be savaged in the local and national media.

He let Matthews run out clean for the easy lay-up. He did not play any decent defense these past 2 games..

I can't remember exact numbers but 15% or below; and the numbers are even lower if the team had home court advantage.

Lin was going to attack but someone yelled No since they needed a 3 and he backed out I think.

His D seemed fine to me. I'm not putting that last matthews play all on him. 5 ****ing guys stood there watching. But he was fighting around screens and trying to play D. He didn't try on O though

Um, Lin had 5 asst to 2 TO's (both early in the game) and Harden had 4asst and 5TO's - some late in the game. Stop trolling - you know as well as we do Harden has to shoulder the majority of the blame for this loss.

Two things really bothered me about tonights game.

    1. Despite Dwight's monster start, I thought it was very strange how much we went to him in the first half. Sure, he was hot and we got him going, but the rest of the team sort of stood there watching.

We are at our best when we play team ball with the ball moving from side to side, Lin, Harden and Parson's slashing, pick and roll and alley oops to kick outs for 3's. What I saw tonight went COMPLETELY against our identity.

    2. Defending Aldridge. Not ONCE did I see a double team. I saw some half hearted attempts...but it seems to me after what this guy has done to us this year we would have practiced the SH_T outta this the last two days.

Also, why not try something different...like a Zone? Deny Aldridge the ball by doubling early, SOMETHING.

Both of these are complete coaching fails in my opinion.
