    McHale failed to inspire James Harden to make shots. He has to be replaced by somebody who can do this.

    I never thought he would be a star or anything,but thought he could be a contributing role player. Thats what Morey tends to overlook all the time. Its just as hard to find the right mix of role players as it is stars. Good gms can recognize both types and keep them. Even though a player doesnt hage all star,superstar, or boderline all star written on them, you have to look at their fit on your team.
