Why does Barkley looks intelligent when side by side with Shaq?

Asik has actually been playing outstanding defense on Aldridge

I don't get it we play the season one way to earn home court and then we start experimenting. And change the philosophy completely. I love that Dwight went off but Harden is almost non existent.

There needs to be more balance. They lost their flow in this game. Why change everything tonight. I'm not saying to don't feed Dwight. But don't do it every play. And Asik just doesn't work out there. He is playing better tonight but he hurts us out there.

Don't get it. We are changing our game to match the Blazers instead of imposing are will on them. You play all season one way and then switch after one loss because Harden has an uncharecteristic miserable game. Don't get McHale. Hamilton helped earlier DMo helped. It seems like McHale is just lost now and desperate. The Blazers been playing one way all season and the Rockets are experimenting. Don't get it.

I agree with Barkley somewhat, the Rockets need a balanced attack. Its great that Dwight exploded in the first half, but the other players look completely out of sync and out of rhythm. The Rockets are at their best when they're moving the ball and everyone is touching it, not just dumping the ball to Howard.

Exactly. Rockets are only on a pace to score 106 against a team that is considered weak defensively. They need to move ball around, hit threes and get to the free throw line.

Dwight needs to pass it out to open 3 point shooters when he's double-teamed. Parsons and Harden need to get more involved in our offense.

That is fine, but give us some space to operate on our side . The officials trap our players and keep basically tell portland defenders where the rockets cant go because we are standing here. Our players need to run over an official and hurt them so they stop doing this.

Harden heating up and DH is staying aggressive. Bev doesn't look injured at all. Lin is playing well (yeah he is, haters).
I like what I see so far. Parsons is gonna heat up.

I agree. If Dwight starts missing shots, then we get blown out. The Rockets really aren't playing rocket ball when Harden, Parsons and Lin combine for 7 points in a half.

People we can't double with this team. We just can't.
Those 3's will be flying from portland.

I like where we are at.
Give Portland credit. They also have a great big man.

This is gonna be a great series

Barkley is right...unfortunately for us. Dwight can't win this thing alone. Harden puts forth NOTHING on D. He's been hit at like at a less than 30% pace (8 of 28 last game). BUT, he must score for us to win. If I'm McFail, LMA is NOT going to beat me..someone else may but he is not. Simple as that.

With Asik's tremendous defense efforts, LMA just can't continue dropping basket all night long
