    This just in:

World's Major Powers Pursue Own Interests

In a subjective article on site targeting corporate toadies today an author no one knows of stated that the leaders of the world's major countries will pursue politics as usual in what has become standard operating procedure since WWII. This shocking non-change
in policy is bad and unexpected and purely blamed on US President Barack Obama for his failure to bomb, bribe, surveil and not surveil the relevant parties.

lol all the left can do is resort to insults, since they can't argue like adults.

AB, CometsWin -- up your game and act like adults around here. Insults just demonstrate your inability to argue based on fact, logic and reason.

Yes, your performances are the epitome of adult, fact based, logic and reason. Nobody can argue these points and that's why your posts are so highly respected.

texxx, I'd be interested in seeing your response in tackling this issue.

It is no surprise BRICS distrusts America---from 2008, to surveillance, to gloating over corpses in Libya and Yemen, and drone warfare---it is clear America's never-ending war has cost it soft power.

Considering you are a proponent of many of the policies that alienate the BRICS, I was wondering if you'd had a change of heart on bank regulations, surveillance, and the never-ending war on Terror? Seeing as you seem to be so attuned to what the BRICS think now.

To be fair, insults are all that is left after you demonstrate your abject ignorance, pervasive ideological bias, and ability to ignore facts and reason. If you didn't engage in any of those, you would be dramatically less likely to have insults tossed in your direction.

So would any of the liberal pile on crew like to admit that Obama is at fault in any way for any of the items mentioned in the article from the OP?

Sure, he bears some measure of responsibility. Would you care to admit that texx is trying to blame Obama for a great many things that are not his fault and/or that he has no control over?

Why? Do you think the OP is seriously looking for a rational discussion? GR, God bless him, for some reason gave an actual retort to the original post and instead of another retort on the substance, he just made it painfully clear he either a) did not read the article he posted, yet had the nerve to call out someone who obviously did or b) did not understand the article.

The pile-on is because he's proven thousands of times since 2002 that he's not interested in a real debate in any way, shape, or form.

I'll almost always start with the substance because I would love to have the same in return. I'll never expect such behavior from texx because he doesn't seem to have the ability to think deeply enough to answer, he needs carefully developed talking points delivered to him by Fox.

Maybe at the next cadre meeting we can nominate someone else to take over that duty for a while. ;)

Sure texx is, he hates Obama.

Obama is the President and his shoulders should be broad enough to accept responsibility for the state of our country and foreign policy. That comes with the position he accepted. I have never felt that Obama has been willing to take responsibility for anything that might put him in a less than flattering light. I think he is a poor leader and a weak President. A true leader would be embarrassed that anyone would have to deflect blame for the things he is responsible for much less do it himself. He would gladly take responsibility for things completely out of his control because that is what leaders do.

Sure you can blame things on Bush or whoever else but it is a waste of time and quite honestly shows an embarrassing lack of character and a complete lack of leadership.

I like him better than texx does though.

How is red neck an insult? Jeff Foxworthy owned it and made it a mainstream entertainment entity over 20 years ago. On the other hand, repeatedly calling a 21 year old kid "dumb and skinny" is something that both Teddy Bridgewater and Jeff Foxworthy may consider insulting.

Like when you repeatedly referred to Obama as 'half-rican American"?

Now that is low class.... but kinda funny. I don't know any red-necks bright enough to come up with that one.

Dave Chappelle likes to use the n-word. Does that make it fair game?

Come on -- I can't believe you're even arguing this garbage.

raise your game, AB. I'm actually embarrassed you stooped to these levels. You can do better.

Do you feel the term "halfrican American" is not racist in any way? You keep dodging me when I bring it up.

Do you now regret using it?
