Small sample size, but when you are the left specialist, you can't afford to walk 5 of the 11 hitters you face. He pitched well last year, so hopefully he can go get things worked out.

Next step - send Altuve to base running school.

I admittedly haven't been watching too much, but from the box scores, Peacock (who I wanted to start the season in the rotation) has been struggling mightily in the bullpen.

 

They announced yesterday that Peacock will take his spot. He pitched last night because Porter wanted him to get some innnings in before he starts Sunday.

I heard a sports announcer say last game that 66% of our runs scored are on home runs. That is a pretty weird stat. Don't know whether to be happy or sad about it

Looks like the Royals are no longer the worst offensive team in the AL.

It's not just Altuve folks, this team is horrendous on the bases, horrendous. WTF was that by Dominguez

 

I don't know how, but in all areas other than pitching, this team has regressed from last year.

 

I guess being the worst in mlb and nfl is a good thing in bizzaro world. Geeeesh.

 

Nice to be back in Houston and being able to attend a game.... Hope we get some offense.
