Mavs have been great as of late as well. I could see them upsetting San Antonio in 7.

Dang was hoping SA would have to play the more physical team and have to travel. Hopefully we wrap up Portland quickly

I would love to play Dallas than Spurs. I hope by miracle, Dallas beats them.

Recently? We haven't played them since 2005. I wouldn't be scared if them at ALL!

I love how people will post this crap all day but when it comes down to putting money on it they pick the Spurs every time.

No chance in hell. Mavs will be lucky to win one game.

    Nah, this is perfect.

Hopefully Dallas takes the Spurs to 7 games. Texas showdown.

Grizzlies either drag OKC to 6 or 7 games, or better yet takes out OKC and either upsets the Clippers or drags the Clippers out to 6 or 7 games.

So by the time we go against the Spurs they're tired, and we face a beat up OKC/Clippers/Memphis in the finals. ;)

I said I could see an upset. It doesn't mean I'm calling one. Of course the Spurs are favorites.

Dallas wouldn't have a better chance to beat OKC, Mavs defense is much worse than Grizzlies.

The Blazer/Clipper game should be "must see TV" for you Rocket fans, since your starting lineup is pretty similar to our third string.

I really wanted the grizzlies to face the spurs in the first round. The spurs should easily beat the mavs in 5. A soft jump shooting team will not wear down the spurs at all. Even if they steal a game or two.

The grizzlies are a guaranteed 2 win team in the playoffs no matter who they face. They have a lot of fair weather fans like what who are sick of getting swept in the playoffs so the nba will definitely help them steal a couple of games in the playoffs to make for an entertaining first round match but they will inevitably lose. The thunder are still a young team, so they will be fine against the clippers barring injuries against the grizz.

Mavs match up better vs. Spurs than the other bottom 4 teams. Dallas has a lot of veterans, good jumpshooters, and you know it will be an even mix of Spurs and Mavs fans in the arena, so home court advantage is more or less a wash.

Kudos to the new NBA Commissioner Silver, he did a good job of rigging these games to get the most entertaining outcome.
