I was walking down the hall and noticed three guys (Hispanic?) enter the bathroom one after another. Normally, its not a big deal. The problem? This is a single person restroom (one open toilet with no divider). I have to say I am a little disturbed by this.

Would NOT report. There is no rule of "one person only in restroom, please." 'course, there isn't a limit for people in cars... so...
It has already been reported. The three gentlemen in question have now all been assigned to the same cubicle and are allowed to share the same toilet simultaneously. We welcome and accept all lifestyles at this organization. However, we also encourage all other employees to knock before entering the restroom.
Classic Yes, they share the same toilet simultaneously using the human centipede technique as I mentioned earlier. It's not possible to share the same toilet otherwise...unless you expanded the toilet capacity or something?

The only people I report are people I see walking down the hall! They usually have visions of males in bathrooms.... ....... ....... .......
