Man, I tend to not urinate if there is a guy already going and I'd be in the stall next to him, depending on the quality of the dividers. My reasons are not performance anxiety (to pee? really?) but they are a fear of the disgusting nature of my fellow man. Look at the floor of the men's restroom sometime. Notice the puddles? Between poor aim and splashback, standing next to some dude peeing is risky. Not to mention the farting a lot of guys do and the "Ahhhhhh...." or the guy who is letting it hang out and starts coughing while he pees and stuff is just spraying. Sorry bros, not interested.

I hate urinals where there are no dividers and the yet are so close next to each other. You are practically staring at each others dongs. Even if you stare upwards your peripheral vision still catches it.
