Well then, Bruce Wayne is better. Poon is always the downfall of every superhero...hell, well every man actually. The fact that Bruce Wayne later became a celibate like the warrior jedis is admirable.
Batman can beat Superman in a fight. Iron Man can't. That's because Iron Man only has his technology. Batman has both that and his wits to out think and psyche out his opponents...that's how he beat Superman. But Iron Man gets much more women than both Batman and Superman combined. For instance, Superman kissed Wonder Woman once, but then he got Friend Zoned with only a kiss to talk about.
Batman is a tortured soul who will never allow himself happiness. Iron Man tortures himself with vices because he could never overcome the potential his father weighed upon him. Both are geniuses with fancy toys but I always imagine Stark being this spoiled brat who never outlived his past life despite his accomplishments. I like Batman more because he's a tragic hero that appears somewhat insane because he doesn't retire and enjoy life. Plus, the villains have somehow or in someway been shaped by him personally to the point that they define each other (Joker, Two Face, Ras Al Goul)
Iron Man was my favorite comic book as a kid. The latest trilogy of Batman movies easily beats Iron Man 1-3.
I generally go for Marvel over DC, ever since I was a kid. The comics were more entertaining, Every superhero in DC (except Batman) all had cosmic powers, while most of Marvel (characters made after the 60s) were straight up born mutants and went against the struggle. All that being said: Both are billionaire playboys Both are smart Both have fancy toys Both have parental issues. Iron Man can fly. Iron Man has a better sidekick (War Machine wayyy better over Robin) Batman world has better movies (Michael Keaton FTW) Batman has a better video game (Arkham series) In the end I prefer Iron Man over Batman, because the Marvel Universe is just that much better for storylines.
Iron Man had to have Pepper win his fight for him, therefore Batman no question. How is this even debatable?
Iron man creates an actual iron suit for Superman. Iron man fakes pictures of Bats with Lane. Iron Man wins.
