    I wouldn't really call it a multi-year deal when the first year is only a couple of games long and the second year is completely unguaranteed and he's likely to be cut.

    YES HE IS DEFINITELY PLAYOFF ELIGIBLE. He will be signing before the wednesday deadline so he can most certainly play in the PLAYOFFS :)

    Morey's plan all along. Stash him in world leagues, then sign him for this year's playoffs. Beat Popovich and Riley to him. Mystery why Riley didn't sign him.
