There are myths being busted by Johnny every month. First his work ethic, then his arm and now his intelligence. Folks can't try to say that Bridgewater is a better prospect anymore. Manziel just keeps proving people wrong.

Well there is no way in hell that he'll work in the NFL, but that has nothing to do with his Wonderlic score.

The only "myth" that matters is that he's a run first gimmick QB that is a "me" player and BOB is a "team first" type coach

He doesn't have Manziel's arm, legs or leadership qualities.

    Manziel sheep(Era-changing QB! LOL)

His pass/run ratio was 3/1; how is that a run-first QB? He averaged 33 throws/ game, same number as Andrew Luck.

I understand the gimmick component; the "me"-first element; concerns about his size and style translating... but this idea that he was run-first is mind-bottling to me.

exactly what I mean. people are so sure hes not an NFL player and they haven't even seen him do one snap in the NFL. but theres just no way in hell it would work! nevar!!! its like people want him to fail so they can be right.

if johnny had a low score like Vince Young, folks would do the "I TOLD YOU SO! HES AN IDIOT!!" he has a good wonderlic score "oh it doesn't matter. means nothing at all....moving along"

No. Let's just stop while we're ahead.

Teddy Bridgewater is not the next Joe Montana.
Clowney is not once in a generation.

    1. Compare height, weight and playing styles, they are similar. Bridgewater is no where close in terms of NFL polish though

    2. Clowney is quite honestly the most physically gifted defensive player I have seen play in the last 10-15 years.

If his hips were looser he would be very similar to LT

Anyone who believes any of these is an idiot. Those types of players only come around once every 10 years.

But i'm sure in each prospective thread the slobbers will continue for any of the 3 by the fanboys.

    Fair enough

Clowney looked much better on film though

Gholston was a freak athletic talent but Clowney was a freak football talent

Both were freak athletes, Clowney is/was the much better football player though

Clowney's signficantly taller with longer arms - not really a good comparison.

I'm sure he knew it was an awful comparison before he posted it.
