D-Mo was a first round pick, therefore he will be with the Rockets for four years if the Rockets want him.

If D-Mo were tearing it up in practice, on both the offense and the defense, he would obviously be getting a much larger share of the playing time.

D-Mo's playing time has almost been almost exclusively in garbage time. Garbage time is not NBA time, it resembles D-League time. Therefore citing his current season totals is completely meaningless.

D-Mo is a very bright and respectful young man. Do not expect to see him screaming at the coaches or initiating a media campaign.

D-Mo will one day put on muscle mass. It is obviously difficult for him to do so, but that hopefully correct itself in the next year or so. D-Mo at 245+ pounds will be much more intimidating than D-Mo at 225.

D-Mo has the potential to be everything a team like the Rockets could want in the PF spot. I do believe that the team and D-Mo both realize it.

    DMO is garbage.

Can someone plz explain why DMO rarely if ever dunks? When he does - it rims out or gets blocked:mad:. It's like his shoes are glued to the court.

It doesn't matter if he is wide open or in traffic, it is ALWAYS a wussy layup.

Heck, Jan Vesely (Nuggets) threw down a nasty dunk tonite and he is a "euro" foreigner or whatever. (Czech) (and his name is Jan for goodness sakes)

DMO is the same age, same height (7') and is lighter by like 20 pounds, so wtf?

Was it considered disrespectful to dunk on your opponent in Lithuanian B-ball:rolleyes:

    He disgusts me. Charmin soft:mad:

Never said they were EVERYTHING bro. I like DMO's post moves, rebounding, but my Gawd he never dunks and it pisses me off.

Ves fouled DMO on his way to a layup from a pick-n-roll at 9:32-4Q. Matt Bullard said: "DMO does not have a lot of lift for a 7 footer, in that last play, if he were to dunk it, that would really open some eyes" Well, my eyes didn't get opened until 8:36-4Q.

8:36-4Q: Ves went up for a POWER DUNK. Quite impressive - the kind of gumption you need in the playoffs. THAT OPENED my eyes.

I know DMO played on the outside in Europe, not down low/inside - and he can shoot a 3 in theory.....but it is really frustrating that he does not dunk worth a sheat.

Relax, let it go. People are who they are. DMO still has lots of potential.

DMO can do everything a little, but he can't do anything well

Was disappointed in his play last night, from my sporadic watching of the game. I dont know what his final stats were, but his perimeter shooting was off, and inside game where he leans away from contact to try to get a basket.

He had extended minutes to play too. Just thought to myself that he still plays like a rookie out there against opponents that had no stars.

Basically. All his shots in the post are off balance because he's always afraid of any contact, and he's fairly useless from 3 as well.

There isn't a team in the league that could win a title with him playing more than 18mpg in the playoffs.

DMo misses wide open 3s. He has no mid-range game either and his blown dunks make me cringe so hard. I give him credit for his defense though.

exactly. and i'd much prefer a 3-player bigs rotations of dwight/jones/asik then have dmo play any significant minutes in the playoffs at all. and if dmo does get on the floor, i would hope he's given the red light on shooting 3's going forward. never seen any player brick so many WIDE OPEN 3's in my life.

too bad greg smith went down, we could have used him.

What playoff team has a 2nd year big playing that many minutes? Why ever place the blame on him?

DMo still has a lot of potential.

Hopefully he'll grow well for the team.

Everyone was bricking except for a few players.

So no need to trash him.
