You are absolutely right. Unfortunately, most people can't do the calculation.

By the way, Phoenix always has good PG while Houston always has good centers.

I don't think we made a mistake. I think it's harden presence that downgrades the PG performance. I think if Jeremy Lin was put on a bad team he would put up better stats maybe not as good as dragic but if you look at history such as the bulls, lakers and etc they didn't have an elite PG I'm not saying it can't happen bit usually when you have a good SG or SF you don't always have the best PG. I think we made a good descion. We got bev and we got j Lin. N Lin is great to have off the bench cuz you never know when he might explode for a huge game.

Rockets are still closer to a championship than the Suns are, so who's sorrier? I'm sure Gogi sometimes wishes he had stayed in HOU, such as during the last All-Star when he didn't get in, right?

We'll find that great PG to match with Harden and Howard sooner or later. While Gogi has to watch Plumlee play at being center.

Morey came out a while ago and stated drafting Royce White was the worst decision he had made as a GM.

In hindsight, he has to think signing Lin over Dragic was the worst decision. Thinking about things you can not change isn't a good business model, but at least to me I have always felt that Morey wanted to sign Dragic and Lin was Les' 'business' move.

    you missed the point.

harden fell into his lap, and howard was a FA.

Dragic was an actual "tough decision" that he failed miserably on.

he drowned into his sorrow of the espn "linsanity" movement and he did not think clearly. or perhaps les wanted a piece of that china market.

Hyperbole much? Really, Dragic doesn't get us there. And remember, we got Lin before we knew Harden was an option. Lin is a mofo baller, just ball dominant, not what we need with Harden.

Complete garbage. Harden and Howard take 28 out of 80 shots. It'd be beyond easy to carve out an extra 3-4 shots for Dragic

Bottomline, we had two all-star caliber PG on our roster and let them both go

I was ok with Dragic walking at the time. What I didn't understand is why we signed Lin to that contract when we could have just kept Dragic. What was the point in that?

I think it was clear at that time that Dragic was the better point guard. So that's what confuses me about that situation. I guess the Rockets erroneously thought Lin was comparable to Dragic. Or Les was drinking Linsanity.

Well, no actually. We're close if we are healthy. Dragic would absolutely give us a chance.

Screw Frye... It is entirely possible that had Dragic stayed here his production would not be anywhere close to what it is in Phoenix. Phoenix has quite a few more scrubs than the Rockets have. Their team is going nowhere.

I wonder if Goran regrets choosing Phoenix over Houston because of the player option?

Exactly who cares about the past.
    Rockets Team > Suns Team

Are we going to cry about Lowry too?

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that Morey made a mistake in letting Dragic go. EVERYBODY knows it. It's not like Frye has to be biased in order to make this statement, although of course he is, but that doesn't matter.
