My god..... Wow So glad this show is back on.... That is how you make a premiere.... Cough walking dead.
"I understand that if any more words come pouring out your **** mouth, I'm going to have to eat every ****ing chicken in this room." I haven't giggled that hard in quite some time. What a line, and the delivery was perfect. The Hound is such a badass.
While I'm not the hugest Game of Thrones fan there is (like it, don't love it), mainly because the fantasy genre just really isn't my thing, this was a damn good season premiere! That final scene with Arya was perfect.
I seriously thought this guy was a completely new character. Dude is not even as flamboyant as the Daario 1.0. I wonder Why they re-did his full look? They didn't even give him long hair. I'm not really good with all the names so I was literally wondering who the hell this guy was. Any one excited for the ebony love with Grey Worm and the translator chick?
Also, I hope they don't follow the books exactly. Is it possible that they can change some important plot points for the show.. or will they ultimately have to follow the paths laid out already?
I think they would have if possible. But apparently he left the cast to star in some action movie. http://variety.com/2014/film/news/thrones-ed-skrein-transporter-jason-statham-1201091882/ I guess the guy didn't want to turn down a leading role in an action film.
Question here Spoiler What animal carcass was thrown into the fire by Tywin Lannister? Was it supposed to be Rob's dire wolf? It seemed sort of small like a sheep or hog.
Spoiler It was the wolf pelt wrapped around the scabbard of Ice (the Stark's ancestral greatsword, Ned used it to behead the Night's Watch deserter in Ep 1 and Ser Ilyn used to to bead Ned in Ep 9).
Question: I thought Joffrey had Ice? What sword was Robb stark carrying? Or was the scene with Tywinn not implying the sword was Robbs?
