The suggestion is valid. As long as Dwight insists on posting up, this team will never perform optimally. Love's offense trumps Dwight's defense if you add Omer.
I guess people go where the wind goes. I remember the other 50 wins this team has had. I also remember Dwight practically carrying teams to the playoffs and the Finals while Love, as good as he is, hasn't even made the playoffs yet. As far as the Rockets never winning as long as Howard is posting up, we're never going to win a title until we learn to implement his post up plays into the offense since you need that to win a title. Thankfully we have more than one year to learn. And thankfully we have management running this because people tend to jump on the latest hot bandwagon today that happens to be Kevin Love/we can't win with Dwight Howard. Next week it'll be the hot 2-guard who is supposedly better than Harden.
No it wouldn't. Because while you guys are getting pumped up by the Sportscenter video game hype I'm excited about Howard's far superior defense. Despite how great Love is playing Howard is matching him on the boards, and Howard is with 7 ppg despite having a Top 6 scorer and another major scorer on the team. Howard also blocks shots Love doesn't, and as good as Asik is you can look on the floor and see that Howard is clearly superior. Video game highlight don't change that, and that lineup doesn't make us better. All it does is make us an offensive team with no defense, pretty much last year's team with an extra offense option.
