I'll give the kid the benefit of the doubt...I don't think he told until after she said no more.

That's my former high school and yes that kid was stupid. At that age I would of hit it too.

 

They shouldn't charge the counselor. I'm tired of this kids getting some p***y, bragging about it and then coming out as victims. At 17-18 that's all I wanted to do.

 

I'm still perplexed at the notion that there's such an "enormous" emotional/intellectual disparity between 17-18 that if the former engages in sex with an adult, it's outrageous... but if they're one year older... it's perfectly fine...

 

Society is full of arbitrary lines like that. Some 16 year olds are not ready for driver's ed and wouldn't be until they're 46 (based on the evidence), while some 14 year olds would do just fine behind the wheel.

But clearly, we don't want 4 year old driving or having sex with adults, so... we draw a line far to the north of that! Not that tricky.

 

After seeing the video, I'd say she's pretty hot. Enjoyed her boobs jiggling as she was walking, it was almost like she was doing it on purpose for the camera.

 

She knows what shes doing, I bet there is a new crop of female teachers that fantasize about doing this stuff to become famous.

 

Even if the student is 18 yo the teacher is still in hot water if caught -- teacher/ student relationship is bad news for the teacher even if the student is of age.

In that video, she already has the county jail walk down, hands behind your back.

 

KHOU just aired an interview with the kid...he said he was already 18, so age wasn't an issue, just that he was her student. He said it was his football coach that noticed something was up and asked him, he confessed, and the coach told admins.

 

FML, why couldnt that be me?
