That sounds like things that Jeremy Lin would say. And the laughter was likely coming from Asik and Kieth Jones.

I'm not sure that's saying much, considering that profile is for someone in Fashion and Clothing retail.

Obviously, these are just allegations at this point, assuming the article isn't a joke (I think it's genuine).

I was guessing at who might make such comments.

You mean it might be a different Rasean Tate? Obviously that is possible, but the profile is for someone living in NY, and well, the profile seems to match a gay man's.

    1. A man doesn't have to be sexual to know he's gay. What if he's like, "I'm gay"? No sexual activity involved in that.

    2. [If true] it's probably smart not to name names... if found innocent, chance to counter-sue for slander

    3. I can definitely imagine someone trying to be funny saying "catch a sneaky-peaky". People say weirder ****.

    4. True, this is not funny regardless if it's true or not.

Sounds like something Francisco Garcia would say.

Glad Terrance Jones didn't start stomping him.

Although this is not an April Fools joke it is a joke. I find it ironic that he goes by the username "RocketRush" on websites. It looks like he recently deleted his Twitter in preparation for this suit.

    https://telly.com/RocketRush
[Note his political correctness: "How Lightskin *****s Fillout Job Applications."]

I don't see how he could succeed against the Rockets given that he can't identify any particular player.

If found to be legit, this bears just as poorly on the Nets management as it does the Rockets or whoever from the Rockets might or might not of said something discriminatory to this catering employee if they really did fire him or keep him out of the locker room because of his complaints.

Also, I believe the NY Post is supposed to be full of crap right? Something between the lines of Fox News and the National Enquirer? Or maybe thats the NY Daily News. Not sure.

If no players are named directly, and there is no witnesses that come forward(had to be more than just that caterer and the Rockets), its obviously a pretty weak case that isn't going anywhere.

Well "peaky" is misspelled, so let the conspiracy theorists come to the forefront and take the wheel...
