Right on cue the excuse train rolls in

Funny how Bridgewater and Bortles played injured, one of them had a hurt throwing and they found away with less offensive talent around them.

Certainly not the o-line Manziel has

He did not make the excuses. He came out and did what he could to win the games. That's what I'm saying, he want's to win more than any college player I've seen. You are such Johnny hater. Did you go to Texas?

This year, he threw for 3400 yards and 74% completion from the pocket. People take the pocket myth and run with it lol.

You pretty much don't even have any argument, you just come here and hate on Johnny. Go back to some longhorn board or something.

Ignore the troll Bogey. He moves the goal post when he sees fit. He gets owned and just presses reset with some garbage.

The "wants to win" argument is dumb. It's dumb for every player it's ever used for.

    Matt Schaub wanted to win.

Never said he "just winzzzzz", he gives everything he can to win.

And this is pointless, done arguing with you.

I'd be happy with Johnny Teddy or Clowney but damn if Johnny isn't the funnest scenario.

Manziel will be better than Russell Wilson and RG3.

Perhaps some on really terrible teams, but no player that "wants to win more than anything" abandons their team to jump to the pros. Now, I'm not saying there is anything wrong with abandoning your college team in order to do what's best for you personally, but it does show that there are some things you want more than "winning" so we can just stop now with that ridiculous line.

This has to be the dumbest argument I have seen used, aside from anything endofdays has posted. This thread is hilarious with you two posting in it.

Regarding the pro days of the top two QBs, the results I think it are indicative of one player who will thrive under the greatest pressure and one who will wilt under that same pressure. Now if all other elements are equal or very close to equal for the two players, talent wise, I want the guy who steps up under pressure, not the one who comes out and looks lousy.

Texans will take Bortles though cuz that's what the text book says a QB should look like.... see sig.

Jamarcus Russell and Ryan Leaf thrived under the greatest pressure then

Montana, Manning and Ryan wilted under that same pressure

Thats why Montana and Manning are busts and Leaf and Russell are HOFs
