    So some high school baseball parents buy new bleachers and scoreboard for the baseball field and go out and install them themselves to save money.

    Softball parents complained that the baseball field is now nicer than the softball field, and the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights orders them to remove the bleachers and scoreboard because now the baseball field is not "equal" to the softball field.

    Agree with the government or disagree?

    So what are the options
    1. make the school upgrade the softball field
    2. tell the softball players to raise their own money
    3. tear down the new one

    Seems like there's more to the story than this. I would think softball and baseball fields pretty regularly have different seating and accommodations.

    Maybe someone was being too legalistic at the Dept of Education.

    Therefore we should abolish the federal government and vote for Rand Paul so that we can be FREE,

    This is the equivalent of a child whining and wanting to stomp and break another child's toy because it's nicer than what they have..... I'm referring, of course, to the parents that actually made this an issue....
