Heard about it and saw it from UH Downtown. Classmate said "wtf are those Mexicans building" (he thought it was a construction fire) and my other classmate said "hell naw if Mexicans were working on it it wouldn't have ever happened" Mexicans are good at building stuff apparently. I'm too lazy tho

I can't see how this isn't arson. Building materials these days are reluctant to burn. This place looks like it was bathed in fuel oil.

So what happens in this case? Do they scratch the project completely or start all over? Dallas street was quickly becoming a very dense street with all that new construction.
