You couldn't skip it in beta, you can in the production game. Tutorials never show you everything, they just give you the basics. Understanding and learning things on your own is part of the game.
Just going to put this out there : I think this game was over-hyped...big time. Is it a bad game? Hell no, it's a fun game. However, this game was hyped as being like the next Halo-esque multiplayer game. I think the game is just lacking in my opinion. Not enough game modes, not enough weapons, not much incentive to continue playing. I'm probably done with the CoD franchise, but I think Black Ops 2, and definitely Black Ops 1 (with zombies) were better multiplayer games. I returned my PS4 and bought an xbox one. Do I recommend anyone to buy an xbox one solely for this game? Hell no - this game is not worth the $500, just play it on the 360. However, I still don't regret switching to the xbox one. I am still not interested in any of the 2014 exclusives on PS4, whereas I'm interested in Sunset Overdrive and Halo 2 anniversary which are coming out later this year. I am still going to sell my xbox one and re-buy a PS4 later this year or early next year. Titanfall 2 will likely be amazing, since this first Titanfall built a foundation for the series. But yeah, this game is fun, but definitely not worthy of all of the hype (in my honest opinion) .
I have more posts because I bought into the hype THAT I FOUND OUT WAS PAID FOR. I argued with a couple of notorious fanboys that this game is not a reason to buy an Xbox because it was on PC and that I still didn't want it. I could tell it was a game that I would not be interested in. I already knew it wouldn't even be as good as Halo and I prefer CoD over Halo (I think says what I thought of this game). As we got closer to the release the hype kept building up and then they announced a beta. I gave it a fair shot. I never said anyone who liked it is a fanboy. Anyone who hypes a game from a series they've never played before is a fanboy. Did anyone even call me a troll? I am the one who said don't think of me as a troll because I didn't like the game. I played it and posted an honest review and I said it had potential, but that I doubt they would change so much within a month. Still, I decided to keep tabs on this game in case they did. Who are you to say what's post worthy and what isn't. The hype for this game was paid for. I will post that as much as I like, because it's free and more people should know that before they blindly buy this game. At least watch game play footage and determine if it is a game you would play. Don't read some paid review. Mhmmmm
Game looks amazing and is fun. Is it as good as COD 4? Not sure about that. Have to give it some time.
Im having a great time with the game...my only issues have to do with the limited weapons, attachments, etc... I hope they add more through DLC bc I can see things getting stale in a couple months. Titanfall 2 will be awesome.
Why are you saying 'mhmmm' as if you agree with what I wrote? Based on your other posts regarding the game, you and I clearly don't share opinions. You know whats pathetic about you? You read a bunch of posts on here about a game that you don't even like. As I said, I at least still enjoy the game. Yeah Wiggins is a pathetic individual. However, I don't think you should act as if the game has sold 'plenty' of Xbox Ones. For one, they bundled the game (a $60 value) into their console for the same standard $499 price, and now, it is on sale at many places for $449. It's basic economics to think that if the game really would sell amazingly and plenty of Xbox One's , they wouldn't have dropped the price $50, and even higher than that in the UK.
You could also say those people would not be buy an Xbox One without Titanfall being bundle with the system at that price. Chicken or the Egg.
Really? I see it the other way around. Quit acting dense. Spoiler If you don't see the similarities of those posts with this post then you're a huge hypocrite. Spoiler IIRC, early on in this thread I argued with a couple of fanboys that this game was not worth buying an Xbox for. That it was on other platforms if you wanted to play it. And you're wrong. I never said I didn't like the game. I assumed I wouldn't by actually looking up game play videos. After playing the beta I thought it had potential. I am seeing what the general consensus is about this game and after a month or two I will decide if it's worth buying. The truth is there are barely any new multi-player shooters on PC with next-gen graphics. I doubt they've fixed what's wrong with it, but the new maps and game modes might make the game fun for 2 months instead of 2 days. tl;dr: They said this game would revolutionize gaming. I laughed. Later.
