And City can't (well, most likely won't) catch Chelsea in wins/points. Chelsea only has Liverpool left. Liverpool would be killer for sure if they fix their back line and add a purely defensive midfielder to throw out there from time to time. Suarez getting the ban really seemed to solidify their offensive movement. They found a really pretty style with just Sturridge that I thought might get messed up when Suarez got back but instead he came in and both fit into the flow while maintaining a ridiculous level of finishing.
Doubt it with City still having 2 games in hand. The SAS partnership is doing everything it can to create as many goal chances as possible, but the defense is also doing everything it can do leak in a few at the opposite end. I'm excited that Sakho is back to full health, hopefully Turtle (although I appreciate his goals from corners) can go back to being the third option behind an Agger-Sakho partnerhsip. I believe it all comes down to Pool's games between Chelsea and City next month at Anfield. They lose one of those and the title hopes are over. Damn looking at their schedule, what a brutal month April will be.
Penalties are a part of the game...and you don't really think they didn't deserve that red card? Last man rule. Not to mention Ronaldos goal should have been a free kick. Well fought won from Barcelona
What a game!! The most exciting Clasico in a couple of years.. Madrid plays Sevilla on Wednesday at the Pizjuan would't be surprised if they lose a couple of points there.
Maybe I need knew specs but doesn't Busquets boot still touch Pepe's head?? Albeit one can argue it grazed his head, it still touched it and could be perceived as intentional. To Busquets credit, it looked like the sort of thing Pepe would do to the Barca players lol.
