    Seriously, how close are we to one of those? I heard one was going to come out next year from a certain movie :grin: Also apparently Miami is going to win the World Series and Houston will win the Superbowl.

    Also how ****ing cool would it be if the current Michael Fox and Lea Thompson re-shoot the scenes where they were 45 for them to ACTUALLY look that age, and splice it into the movie? That'd be cool.

    Why leave out Crispin Glover? He actually had the most screen time as a "45" year old in part I.

    Not 100% sure swoly...but I didn't take that from the OP's comments. The original had to use some imaginative makeup work to make both of them look older. Besides Fox's physical limitations, he and Thompson currently both physically appear like they should/could be Marty's parents.

    Of course reshooting will never happen. You should never redo a classic...unless your name is George Lucas.

    They cut him out of the second one I think and just used old footage and body doubles -- he sued and won.

    More to the point, he asked for way too much for #2 and 3. They wanted him in the movies, but he supposedly wanted way too much money (almost as much as Michael J. Fox), as well as final script approval. He deserved to win the lawsuit, because what they did was pretty crappy (using his likeness without his consent), but he wasn't just "cut out". He had a chance to ride the gravy train, but got too greedy.
